    CANCELLATIONS

    Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of purchase as we process orders immediately.

    If design work has already been provided to you by proofs in Email, your order is already in process. At which point, we can refund the difference (minus design service fee $15.00 USD)


    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    We are unable to accept returns on custom products. But not to worry, if you have any concerns with an order, please do contact us immediately and we’ll make it right! 

     

    SHIPPING DAMAGE

    If your print arrives damaged from shipping in any way, please send clear photos of the full piece + damaged area + Order # to:  INFO@ANGELCITYGALLERIA.COM

    Then we can process your reprint and send out as soon as possible.

    NO RESPONSE/APPROVAL -- Terms of Service 

    We prefer to get your approval on artwork before printing, however in the event that we do not hear back in 15 business days from our initial request, we reserve the right to select the design and send to fulfill the order.
